A Lie for Another
Performance, 3 hours 30 minutes, 2016
A Lie for Another, a participatory performance with each participant having a 15-minute conversation with me, could be seen as an attempt to explore the way we use language and what kind of information a lie or a true statement might offer. At the beginning of the conversation, the participant is required to tell me a lie, which would be followed by further discussions. Throughout the course, both the participant and me could respond with lies or truth depending on our will.
